I first contacted Alz Carpentry about a month ago for a small job. First I asked for a quote via the Web site and didn't receive a reply. So I called days later and I got a very abrupt response and was told to send photos of the cupboard I needed fixing, which I did and again no response. I was also told he would visit on the following Saturday at 10am but didn't show up. No apologies or contact whatsoever. Gave up after that.
