The service was unbearable! I couldn't believe all the drama I went through for a cheesburger & frozen drink. Wait time after ordering was favour 15 min, yes 15 standing at the counter. We could only count 4 people working there, one being the manager, who at one stage asked a staff member, 'where r we up to, what r we waiting on'. the girl serving replied, 'i don't know' & went on tryin to serve. They continuously told customers they'd ran out of something or a machine wasn't working. They were run of their feet which explains stock not being brought out, machines not being refilled & the mess on every table in the dining room.

i'm a weekly vistor for my pet supplies. They sell fish & have a new reptile shop inside. You can get retile food thats hygenic & cheap. All sorts of fish & aquarium supplies for sale & best of all, you can now buy snakes & other retiles, lizards, spiders. The staff know what their talking about & are always friendly & happy to help with advice.

It gets busy but the staff are well trained to cope with it. Its also one of the cleanest stores i've been to

This surgery does so much. It's like a miniature hospital & has saved me trips to hospital for plaster, stitches, xrays & scans. The dentist upstairs is reasonably priced & nice people. There's a chemist which is open later than other local ones inside too. Sometimes the wait can be an hour or two. There is around 7 different regular doctors. The have always been very pleasant.

The staff are friendly & remember their customers. They have had regular staff for some time. They were fully under water Jan, 11 but opened & ran the shop from a container office & shop only weeks later. The BP price is only a little more expensive.

Such friendly staff & best of all they are open everyday of the year for all super market supplies.

Wide variety of takeaway food, great service by friendly staff. Convenience of on the main rd, just off the Ipswich motorway.
