Unprofessional, arrogant, and appalling service. Likes to provide expensive options for simple routine procedures. Does not explain why I need x-ray for my whole mouth when I only have have pain in one tooth. Will mislead you into believing you need more work than what is needed, she will not outwardly lie, but will make snide comments and lead you make health decisions that benefits her more financially.

For someone who has worked in the industry for 25+ years, her behavior, professionalism and attitude is beyond the pale. Criticizing and insulting someones previous dental work history done by other Australian educated and qualified dentists because she felt insecure about her abilities is arrogant to the extreme.

Hopefully, she has accrued enough money and will move on so more caring and competent dentists can move in and replace her. But judging by her years of experience and lack of patient care, she will probably be still scamming unsuspecting people. She is an example of health professional who looks at your wallet before asking about your health issues.
