Thanks Danny for your outstanding advice and explanations sorting out our wills and other documentation (Power's of Attorney and Advanced Care Directives). Your recommendations regarding Testamentary Trusts and how best to set up our estate to give our children the most flexibility and protection were very detailed, but clear, and most appreciated. As a result we feel very comfortable that our children should be able to gain maximum value from our estate with minimum of bother. We certainly felt that we got excellent value in the quality advice given for the reasonable cost.
