I would not recommend this buisness. My stepdad has deminished mental capacity and phoned pauls to come and look at at antique carriage clock.They left with 6 other items that did not belong to him and the clock having been around the whole house while my mother was out. The items were bought hundreds of dollars under value.they gave him $100. I explained he was ill 2 strokes and dementia and lung cancer and was not aware of what he was doing and offerd to purchase them back. They refused. rating ? Ethically and morally bankrupt. They want to call me a scam artist ? we have better things to do then have strangers going around the house of my mother wilst shes not home and rip people off . I would welcome fair trading and the accc looking into your dealings with the elderly. You should be ashamed of your self.
