NQR is grocerie seconds, really cheap. It stands for not quite right however its cheap and fabulous. Highly recommended.

NQR stands for not quite right. It means cheap grocerie seconds. Good for the financially stressed or for bargain hunters. I purchased some packet mix stuff here for muffins and its so cheap.
