Pest control spray. Technician Paul Lloyd. Paul was courteous and polite with a friendly manner and gave excellent customer service. I do not know of other service technicians but I would certainly recommend Paul Lloyd from DNA and will certainly ask for him next year.

This review is for The Tea Club, Nowra NSW

I love The Tea Club. It is different, alternate, if you like. They still allow smoking (in the garden). The garden, when you first see it, is a real surprise and reminds me of eateries in Europe in many ways. The food is great - different - healthy - and innovative. Atmosphere is great. Go there on your own, with friends. My overseas visitors have all loved it. Breakfast there is great - again delicious and innovate. The coffee is fabulous and they also do takeaway coffees - all sorts. I always sit in the garden but there are also other seating areas - at the front with small tables near the servery where they display local artworks. Then there is a veranda covered with umbrellas and elevated from the garden. Highly recommended. They are not open for dinner which is a shame and they are closed on Sundays - the day when I most like to go. Live entertainment is available on Friday nights - they only night there are open.

This review is for Liquorland, Nowra NSW

I recently moved to the Nowra area and have shopped both at Liquorland, Coles' liquor store, and the Woolworth's Liquor outlet near Woolworths in Nowra. Liquorland is usually cheaper than Woolworths for the product/s I buy. HOWEVER, because the CUSTOMER SERVICE is SO much better at Liquorland, I choose to shop there now always and would never go back to Woolworths. An example: The last time I shopped at the Woolworths liquor store in Nowra, I was met by an officious and indifferent blonde woman who continued to chat to her colleague; did not once smile or greet me in a civil way; took no notice of the two shopping bags I had placed on the counter and did not attempt to help in any way, despite the fact that it would have been apparent that I had a disfigured arm (due to a breakage from osteoposis). WHEREAS at Liquorland, I have never not had the assistants, usually male, automatically take the bags and place the items in them with a smile. Last time I was there I congratulated them on their VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They ALSO have offered to carry the bags to my car on occasion when not so busy. I would never recommend Woolworths liquor store, based purely on their poor customer service.
