I first met Susan when she worked for one of the big four banks. At that time, probably 15 years ago, there was less emphasis on making sure you always got the best deal because I believed the ‘bank’ would value their loyal clients and do the right thing. Wow, how time opens your eyes. Now, Susan is working for herself running a fantastic business which does actually treat the customers with genuine care and honesty. In my opinion the big four have lost touch with their customers and just treat everyone as a transaction. My children have gone to Susan and they all say the same thing. “Susan is just so lovely, and very efficient”. I would not hesitate to recommend Susan. She is genuine, she is honest, she does follow things up and you will trust her. She is the best I have found in the mortgage industry and I will unreservedly tell anyone I know to contact Susan. The big four have no concern for their customers, therefore Susan will fight for you and get you the best deal available from whichever lender will do their utmost to get the business. Which at any time of your life, is important.
