Don't, just don't. They promise top quality and fail to deliver. So much so that we requested that they did not return. They agreed but only on the understanding that there would be no warranty. Lights are failing and falling out, plumbing needed to be redone, tiling is all crooked, bench tops not square. What we ordered was not what was designed, not what was delivered. When asked about what we ordered the response was "It was too hard" - it's meant to be a custom kitchen.
Please, go elsewhere.

I use Dieter initially for a property inspection in Warburton. I found Dieters approach to be clear, methodical and detailed. He called me immediately after the inspection and provided a verbal assessment and followed up with a detailed email, and only a day or two later with a comprehensive CD containing MANY images highlighting issues that needed addressing. Some issues were minor in nature others of more significance. There is no way I would have been able to identify the areas he uncovered in the detail he provided.

Having had a property inspection done in Warburton, I contacted Dieter when we found another one on Phillip Island. I was enquiring about a word of mouth contact as the two are 2 1/2 hours apart (5hr round trip). Dieter immediately offered to drive to Phillip Island and undertake the property inspection at no additional cost to us, even though it meant he would only be able to undertake one inspection that day. Suffice it to say the standard was again of the highest order. Whilst we don't anticipate another house purchase in the near future his phone number is now in my contact list as a permanent record.
