Advertise on their website that they install anchor points which is why I decided to book with them.
Go through the booking process and the price that you get charged is different to the advertised price, but I needed anchor points installed in my car so I still went ahead.
Within an hour of booking through the website I got a call saying that they couldn’t come at the time that I booked and my appointment would have to be the following day. Sure, I move the appointment.
Anthony shows up on the day of the appointment, looks at my car and says “I don’t know what’s going on here?” I have a D22 Navara which didn’t come from factory with anchor points installed as it’s a “commercial vehicle” but I had gone out of my way and sourced the genuine Nissan anchor points.
Anthony then mumbled to himself for a bit, and told me that he couldn’t do it, and it’s not what they do. I explained that the website says that this is exactly what they do and he insisted I was lying and that the website didn’t say that and that he would have to charge me because he came out.
So in summary, Anthony was unable to keep an appointment time, he then stole my money and abused me.
