I knew what I wanted, before I even entered the store. It took me about 20 minutes to locate what I actually wanted, so a staff member asked if she could assist. Although I was a little hesitant. I said yes, and the item was located within seconds. I bought the item with ease. I wasnt bothered or pressured to buy anything else in store.
