Service beyond all expectations!

We can't recommend Peter and the team more enthusiastically! We had a sewerage pipe overflow in our rental property, and the overflow came through the dirt under the house, down onto the cemented single car space and out of the driveway, down the driveway into the gutter. The plumber attended and fixed the issue.

Our tenant - who is an extremely difficult and problematic woman - was demanding a $5k biohazard team attend the property to deal with the issue and for her to be accommodated elsewhere for a couple of nights; a huge overreaction.

Peter responded promptly to my Hi Pages request and calmly and methodically explained what they could do to disinfect the area.

He contacted the tenant and neutralised not only the mild odor but also the tenant, through calmly listening to the protests and assisting her by carrying items including a washing machine out of the under house section. As agreed, he disinfected the soil and pressure hosed all cement areas; all the way down to, and including, the gutter.

His price was great and his service was above and beyond. He took what was a somewhat stressful situation and dealt with it with patience, good humour and professionalism - not to mention while doing an expert job. Best customer experience I have had in a very long time - THANK YOU!
