Ordered carpet & underlay in June 2021 & after a couple of "We're sorry but Covid is holding us up" e-mails they're now not answering calls or returning e-mails at all. DO NOT place an order with them, you'll lose your money. Paid via paypal but can only claim from them within 180 days. Consumer affairs Victoria now have them in their sights....Reminder, DO NOT place an order with them.
