I strongly recommend you avoid Kyle Bay as they are the worst removalist Ive ever encountered. Almost every piece of furniture was damaged in transit. Kyle Bay then refused to lodge the insurance claim or to pay the excess. Their actions delayed the claim process by almost a year. They maintained complete silence, refusing to respond to emails or take phone calls. Eventually the insurer paid out the claim but Kyle Bay did not pay the excess. They are a shocking organisation
