I have been renting a property through this agent for the better part of 12 months. They have continuously attempted to dictate how we chose to live in the property we pay money to live in. I was under the impression that if there was no structural damage how a person chooses to live is up to them. I was breached for having too many boxes in my garage… I live with a disability and my husband and myself have purchased a house that is suitable for my illness. The house won’t be ready until early December, we have asked to extend our lease until then. We stated that we were happy to pay an increased amount of rent for those four weeks. We were refused. They are attempting to leave a disabled registered nurse homeless for four weeks. I couldn’t be more distressed about the situation. I have made all attempts to compromise to no avail.
