He heard my uncertainty about buying a new house and recommended that in our situation we pursue a P&I Term Loan with a 100% offset facility for our savings. So now instead of paying tax on our interest, we save interest on our home loan and by paying our normal repayment we will pay off our home loan in just 5 to 7 years. Thank you for your great advice.
