Disgusting customer service. Ordered a large family pizza and got delivered a large instead. Large costs $15 plus delivery but was charged $24. (Minimum delivery order) When I phoned back to say I ordered a family I was told I should of said just family not large family. My argument was that if the girl who took the order was confused by my “large family pizza” she should of questioned me at the time I ordered. After speaking to the so called MANAGER he said he didn’t care that I was unhappy about getting charged extra for delivery and received the wrong order. You need to do a course on customer service! To make matters worse he even acknowledged that we had been long time customers. Well guess what? We will never be ordering from Pizza Wok ever again.
