I have a few Airbnb apartment in Southbank and in the city and one of my cleaners didn't show up and I was busy elsewhere. I was desperate. I searched online and the first cleaning business in google map I found (because of its 5-star rating) was Clean house Melbourne. Mimmo, the owner and manager, who answered the phone was very kind, very good listener, and resourceful. In less than an hour, he has had 2 cleaners doing my Airbnb cleaning and the place looked sparkling. His cleaners are really very trained and I didn't have to explain to them what to do. Fantastic experience. I highly recommend them for any Airbnb maintenance.
