I've used Biome many times over the years and can't fault their range of products and quality....I have noticed however that the time they take to ship the order can be up to 4 days. I understand it's free shipping but taking that amount of time to post is unheard of in the internet shopping world. Unfortunately this has been the case more than the odd few times for me.
