We had an absolutely disastrous time with our last web designers and in desperation reached out to Timothy. We were nervous about repeating the same mistakes and did a lot of homework first. Custom Web Creations stood out due to the number of excellent reviews and the amount of people saying they had been through similar experiences to ours and Timothy had helped.

They were not wrong! Timothy proceeded to talk us through and alleviate all of our concerns. He had the patience of a saint as we had a lot of them!

Less than 48 hours after engaging Timothy we had a fast, clean, functional website that we were delighted with. He made it so easy and was willing to work with us on everything (again...patience of a saint!) which made a refreshing change from the issues we'd experienced with our previous designer. It's clear he really knows his stuff and this is reflected in the quality of the website.

And then the bill came...no hidden extras, exactly as per the quote, which was super reasonable to begin with.

We're looking forward to a bright future with our lovely website which has already seen traffic pick up in just the few days of switching over to Custom Web Creations.
