Everytime I shop here I am greeted with genuine friendly smiles and good, knowledgable service, as are other customers. It is one of the most reliable Bakers Delight stores down south in my experience for consistent availability of advertised products.

Always friendly, they acknowledge regular customers and make you feel welcome. Unfortunately it takes a while to process orders, but the quality of the food and their service encourages me to come back.

Disappointed this store does not cater for early shoppers :( whilst the counter staff try their best, it appears the bakers need a rocket! At 9am on Saturday I expect to be able to purchase a variety of goods(country grain, chia, cape seed), not get told come back in 30 mins. Then when I return I get told it will be another 10-15mins. Return again, oh, it will be another 5-10mins. I've had too many bad experiences of this nature there with product availability and will be taking my business elsewhere!
