I went in for treatment of my lower spine area. The lady who worked on me was able to take me through my x-rays and explain to me exactly what was going on. She was honest about what could and couldn't be done within the limits of osteopathy. After 2 treatments I have experienced significant improvement in terms of pain reduction. She also gave me exercises to do at home which have helped too. I really got the sense that she was capable and competent at what she did. I trusted her.
