We moved a household from Richmond to Hawthorn. From the get go they made a great impression. Knowledgeable, courteous on the phone.
On moving day they turned up on time, worked efficiently, handled everything with care. They both our old and new places required some furniture to be hoisted through balconies. They did this without a fuss.

Small removal from nearby suburb. Very reliable and courteous people, but was quoted beforehand for 2 hours and the whole exercise only took 45 mins. A bit disappointed they didn't adjust the fee. . But I would probably use them again as apart from the charge I was very impressed with the service.

We used 4U to help us move house over the weekend and they were great! We were a little nervous having chosen a company significantly cheaper than many others but were very pleasantly surprised at how courteous, professional, helpful and efficient the guys were. We couldn't believe how much stuff they could pack into that truck, it was amazing!! They were very skilled at packing efficiently to maximise the amount we were able to move for each of the 2 loads we did. The brief we gave was to prioritise certain heavier items and many things were indicated as optional/bonus items we could move in our car if necessary. I really appreciated how committed they seemed to packing in as many of the optional items as possible which has saved us a lot of car trips! They were also fabulous with our kids who were very excited and tended to get in the ways-no bells and whistles just bloody hard workers who get on with the job and didnt damage a thing-would happily use them again or comfortably recommend. Thanks guys!
