This company does a great job on our lawns! We had James and Shannon do our lawns and they do an extremely good job, also really nice guys.

This company is excellent. They came at rather short notice. James and Jamie did a wonderful job of tidying up multiple hedges, weeding, mowing, cutting back branches, reshaping trees and cutting back loads of agapanthas and herringbone ferns. They were super efficient, polite and on time. The garden looked superb when then finished. Highly recommended.
Could not believe my eyes when I came home and saw the incredible job they had done. Exceeded my wildest expectations. They even pulled a weed in one of my pot plants!! Could not be happier. Couldn't even see where the weeds used to be between the pavers!

Clean and quick response. Not professionals. People from 4 u service are garden cleaner not gardener. No knowledge about plants but charges same price as Gardner. Would not refer to people want to have professional and responsible service.

On this occasion we did not send out more experience people to this garden because the customer wanted the work completed at short notice & on the weekend. The garden was overgrown & was more off a cut & trim back.
But i will contact this customer over the next few days and offer her a discount or a free service.
We are always trying to improve our service & do take all feed back on board good or bad.

Hi David, my service was booked on 16th Dec., I only received a notice that you will come this weekend instead, since someone canceled. As discussed I want to have someone who knows how to take care about the plants not only cutting and cleaning and do not even know what plants can be cutted in this season. These are very basic knowledge. The price I will pay is for experienced gardener. I believe that all the customers who pay the same price deserves same standard and quality service.
We can keep some people happy some off the time but not all people happy all off the time.
I don't feel that we have wronged this customer in anyway, As the garden was very overgrown the initial stage was to clear away all the weeds / grass / waste from the beds & over time retablish the plants / lawn over the coming months.
From taking with Patty she was under the impression that this would happen in one day but that is just not possible.
I will try and communicate better with customers when providing a quote so everyone is clear what to expect.

Great gardening services by a knowledgable and efficient bunch. My garden looks better than it has in ages. I'm using them again.
I rang to get a quote to clean up my garden. Within a few days I had a price and once accepted Jamie came and transformed the worst garden in the street to the best. He now comes monthly for an hour to keep it that way. No lawn to mow, no weeds to pull out, no pruning to keep up with, leaves me time to enjoy my garden. Well and truly worth the $55 per month.
