The entertaining poker games are good social events which i enjoy attending "if" the tournament directors are nice people whom can make quick, fair decisions and most of the Tournament directors are good, however, I have made a complaint about a Tournament director which was not received well by their management i felt that they were unwilling to take my concerns on board and i have been waiting far too long for any feedback. I have had trouble with only 1 tournament director in 6yrs so that is a good thing but be prepared to be not taken seriously if you have a complaint, in that process i have had a bad experience with their managers which only adds to the bad feelings about the T.Director concerned and has forced me to keep away from venues where he works for a while at the least.
