Top class groomers. These guys are genuinely interested in making your fur babies happy as well as giving them a great groom. I thoroughly recommend Nick & Tim. I have used them twice now and couldn't be happier given my little dog is 19 and he actually comes back from his pamper sessions de stressed.

The meals and drinks are very overpriced for average quality. I only dine there on Tuesdays because for members it is buy one meal get one free. The staff are very friendly.

I have had other service providers and none have been as thorough and particular as this man. Alex has a friendly, professional approach it is obvious he is very experienced and he threw in a free solar hot water clean as well. He is competitively priced, I will contact Alex for all my services from now on.

A fantastic vessel takes you out to see the most amazing things you are treated to a commentary that fills you full of wonderful knowledge. MY DUCTED HEATER BROKE DOWN AFTER OPERATING FOR 30 YEARS. IT WAS A VERY INCONVENIENT TIME BEING TOWARD THE END OF THE WEEK. I RANG A FRIEND WHO IS A PLUMBER BUT HE DOES NOT DO REPLACEMENT HEATERS AND HE ADVISED ME TO CONTACT GJ & KE PLUMBING. I AM VERY GLAD THAT I DID CONTACT THEM BECAUSE THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 3 HRS OF MY PHONE CALL TO LOOK AT WHAT I NEEDED AND THE REST IS A SUCCESS STORY AS WITHIN 3 DAYS MY HEATER WAS REPLACED, EVERYTHING WAS TIDIED UP, THE OLD HEATER REMOVED AND I WAS WARM AGAIN. I AM GRATEFUL THAT THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WITHIN A SHORT TIME BECAUSE WE WERE STILL HAVING SOME VERY CHILLY NIGHTS AND MORNINGS. VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.

very bad product description of their clothes airer which was advertised as a clothes airer with warming rack and dryer. I purchased this at $59.00 plus delivery costs and to cut a long story short the product was not capable of drying clothes it simply warmed the small area of material that touched the rails. $59.00 for a clothes rack is too expensive and when advertised as AND DRYER I thought it would work effectively how wrong was I! SIMPLY PUT IT DID NOT DO THE JOB THAT OUFFER ADVERTISED IT WOULD AND THEY REFUSED REFUND. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE SITE I THINK THEY ARE JUST IN THE BUSINESS OF MISREPRESENTATION TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK!

I will never ever buy from this store again. The customer service is horrendous. I purchased a meal which required knife and fork to eat I was provided with extremely poor quality knife and fork which made the meal messy and unenjoyable, I requested a proper knife and fork as I had messed up my clothes due to struggling to eat, the food repeatedly fell off the fork and the knife bent when I tried to cut. I was treated with total disrespect and uncaring attitude. I was told by the manager they had no other utensils and I was the only one to complain and she even demonstrated that she could use the utensils and said it wasn't her problem that I could not use them! how's that for pure arrogance!. Never ever again and I strongly recommend that you do not give your business to this type of person. As she showed herself to be a woman of low integrity and no customer service skills not to mention the sloppy scalloped potatoes and cold boiled watery frozen vegetables. It all looks great until you try and eat it. I am sure there are a few of us aussies out there that know what it's like to be given cheap knives and forks to eat a nice barbequed steak and snag with! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! there's nothing worse than to have your meal spoiled by cheap utensils! ......... It is 1 day after I wrote the previous words and I must say that in that time I have had a phone call from a regional manager of the customer service team whom has apologized to me in a very nice manner, he has ensured me that he will be correcting the eating utensil issue immediately and schooling the staff in customer service etiquette, " how nice to have a quick response and resolution to a complaint " well done! Thank you.

I walked in on a Wednesday and explained to Nick that i had been in a motor vehicle accident and felt very vulnerable on the road, therefore, looking for a very safe vehicle which was great on fuel.
By the time i left i had signed a contract of sale and left a deposit on the Toyota Hybrid.
I found Nick to be very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with without being what some interpret as "the stereo type car salesman" .
Because i had made a decision within a very short time frame i went home and did my home work and found that i had been given an extremely good deal.
It has been a pleasure and i am sure that in the unlikely event of having a problem it will be resolved swiftly i believe i will get great after service.
Good feelings about this dealership.

LOVE THE FRESHNESS AND FAIR SIZED PIECES OF FISH, LOVE THE SCALLOPS THEY ARE MY FAVOURITE. I THINK THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR FOOD QUALITY, SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS OF THE PREMISES. I WON'T GET MY URGE FOR GOOD OLD FISH N CHIPS AND BURGERS FIXED ANYWHERE ELSE.

I had a problem with my lawn mower that was difficult to find and it took a few times to resolve the problem.
During this period I dealt with Simon who is an extremely nice person and Scott the mechanic. I found them both committed to finding the problem even though it was hard to resolve and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Simon in particular is a very, very good guy.
