Great japanese place for Bento box and sushi burgers. Love the spicy salmon sushi burger and the fried fish bento box. Best croquettes I'v ever tasted.

One of my most favourite Japanese restaurants in Melbourne CBD. They have sushi burgers which I frequently see people coming in to have. But what I love most if their bento boxes, in particular, their croquette bento box which is amazing. They also have a small selection of daifuku where I've tried the strawberry one which was awesome! The customer service is always very polite and pleasant. The restaurant itself is run by Japanese people which is an added plus.

I've taken friends there and they're also a fan and in turn taken their other friends to the restaurant. It's a very small restaurant so bookings are recommended for large groups or arrive their early. I've heard dinner can be quite full so it's highly recommended to book in advance for dinner.

the sushi burger, or rice burger if u called it.. the best in town. best to take-away as it is much cheaper. if not, the atmosphere is pretty good and clean.

The highlight of this cafe would be the sushi burgers. The burgers are made out of Japanese rice with nice juicy meat in the centre that you can choose to your liking. It ranges from chicken to beef, etc. A very healthy choice for a scrumptious lunch.
However, you need to wait for a long while before getting a table and once you do, you've to wait for your food as well. So go there when you are not pressed for time and you'll certainly have an awesome meal.

They have really nice tempura noodle soup. When the tempura is soaked in the soup, the soup becomes very delicious. But try to eat the tempura before it becomes too soggy. They used to have really really nice cream puffs, but they do not have that anymore. =(

Approximate cost: $10

This is a great Japanese cafe with fabulous cooked (as opposed to sushi) food. In particular, the desserts are very good - beautiful cakes as well. I recommend the deep fried fish for lunch, washed down with a calpis soda (a bit like an ice-cream soda).

Approximate cost: $12
