I had corrosion on my bonnet, and Bonnet had to be stripped down and repainted , I found Smash Attack to be very professional, they produced a perfect result, well done Smash attack staff very helpful.

Extremely unprofessional company, that shouldn't be operating. My New Pathfinder found its way to this company after the paintwork was chipped in several places inside the drivers door, this whilst being serviced under warranty. The first time it came back there was overspray and scuff marks all over the body work, stretching from the right front fender to the rear quarter, so was subsequently returned to be rectified. It then came back with unfinished paintwork inside the drivers door. Again it was returned, for what seemed like a simple touch up we were without our vehicle for almost two weeks. The vehicle was returned only this time there was excessive paint build up around the trims, dirt under the paint, paint peel, and to make matters worse, there was now 100's of circular scratches all through the paint work. We had to return for a 4th time with the Nissan service Manager, as he felt the work was extremely poor also. Thinking this will be sorted I proceeded to show [Redacted name] the poor finish, to which he replied " That's normal" " that's better than new" ? I disagreed and respectfully asked that it be sorted out , or if he wasn't willing or capable, I would have to take it elsewhere to have it repaired properly. He then slammed my car door and said " I don't care, take it somewhere else then ?. The Nissan service manager stepped in and tried to reason with [Redacted name]. He eventually conceded it could be fixed , but was now stating he would have to take the doors off the vehicle to fix the paintwork . I will point out here, after the first job I paid a visit to Smash Attack panel and paint, and I spoke to [Redacted name], I also expressed my concern about how the car was returned, principal or not this vehicle on paper is a 63k vehicle, so I'm expecting premium workmanship. My conversation clearly fell on deaf ears, that or he is simply incapable of doing anything to a satisfactory standard. There is absolutely no way you should have to take the doors off a vehicle to fix several paint chips that are inside the door frame. I have taken before and after photos which clearly show their substandard repair processes, and the pure lack of due care taken by Smash attack panel and paint. I have since consulted with my insurer , and although I pay premium rates for full coverage, they have advised it does not cover "negligence", and this is nothing short of exactly that. I will now be sharing these photo's with multiple Authorised repairers with "credible reputations", [Redacted due to generalised comment], in an attempt to have my vehicle delivered back to me exactly as it was when it was dropped off for servicing to begin with. Everyone should avoid having their vehicles worked on by [Redacted name] from Smash Attack Panel & Paint. They are highly unskilled, they also have extremely poor repair standards from preparation right through to the finished product, and above all else they have a complete lack of respect, or show any empathy to their prospective customers who have been unknowingly thrown into totally avoidable circumstances following their complete lack of care and due diligence . Not happy doesn't express how we feel as end customers, and my intentions from this point will be to have my vehicle repaired by a credible repairer, equally recoup all associated costs for the damages caused by " Smash Attack Panel and Paint " !!!!

are a complete embarrassment to the Automotive Panel & Paint industry, also associated standards !

Smash attack took on our repair when others were not interested. They kept in contact and fulfilled there contracted obligation.

Very friendly honest & no BULL. Did 2 follow up phone calls to check if I was satisfied. Had a small problem which turned out to be left over polish & they fixed it the day I drove in to report it. Fast turn around excellent paint matching for metallic.
