Every step of the way the staff tried to meet my needs for multi focal glasses. Unfortunately even after two sets of lenses they were unable to provide what I was wanting. Their prices were almost half for the same product at 2 major optometrists & my husbands glasses were fine for him. I was given a full refund without hesitation & would still suggest going to them first.

Bought my chaise lounge 4 yrs ago with 5 yr warranty @ premium price. Cushions collapsed after 3 months, warranty guy said I had to plump them everyday...not a fault. Decided to complain again on 23 Feb 2010. After all that time I finally had new inserts installed on May 25 & it looks great, noe with a superior filling! Taken a long time but I'm glad I persisted. I should have been more onto it in the beginning.

Very friendly honest & no BULL. Did 2 follow up phone calls to check if I was satisfied. Had a small problem which turned out to be left over polish & they fixed it the day I drove in to report it. Fast turn around excellent paint matching for metallic.

Well organised with personalised service. Appointment times are adhered to. The doctor I see goes out of his way to investigate everything in his surgery before sending me off to specialists. I se the same Dr every time & never have trouble getting the appt. They bulk bill.

Very good quality meat. Ham sliced off the bone @$8.99kg. Tastes better than any $25kg supermarket ham. I drive out of my way weekly to get their meat. Great cafes in same centre.
