ABC ELECTRICAL BRISBANE are extremely unreliable, unprofessional and rude. They could not follow simple instructions for the repairman to go up the stairs and call me when he was on his way. Therefore he knocked on the wrong door and left claiming no-one was home when I was home waiting upstairs. Now they are insisting we pay $132 for a service we never had. UNBELIEVABLE

An absolute joke. My order was lost 3 times, I spent the best part of a year waiting for pieces. I wrote a letter of complaint with dates of phone calls and lost orders which was completely ignored (probably lost) the cost of some of the pieces I ordered was laugh out loud ridiculous. I was threatened with legal action for refusing to pay the service fee ! Far better to order pieces online and hire someone to do the work. The oven wasn't even properly replaced, it sticks out and is crooked. Hopelessness at it most outstanding.

Have been using these guys for years - always turn up promptly, do a good job. Recently came to fix my stove & found it was a button I'd accidently pushed in - didn't charge me at all, not a call-out fee, nothing. Really impressed.
