Whenever I need something done my first step is always to search online and get a few quotes. I found the A-Team website to be very clear and easy to understand, and felt it gave me a good idea about the company. I was happily surprised to get a call back not long after I requested a quote (the others either sent a one line email or didn't get back to me for days). Jamie was very organised and professional with his quote (and the price was great) on the phone, and then called again on the morning of the job to confirm the details.

He arrived on time and walked me through the house asking questions and showing me things I hadn't even seen, and then without any fuss did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets in our new house. Great work from the A-Team Team!

The A-Team Carpet Cleaning company was very good. I have had my carpets cleaned before and Jamie got out stains that were there when we moved in, actually the whole house looks better than before we moved in. We spilt red wine at Christmas time, so 7 months ago, which we tried to get out as best as we could. Now you would never know red wine had been spilt. The quote was the lowest I got when ringing around too. I have told all my neighbours about Jamie and given his number to a few people already. Would definitely use The A-Team again.

Jamie from A-Team Carpet Cleaning Newcaste was outstanding. He was recommended to me by a work colleague to clean the carpets of our retail store in the Kotara Homemaker Centre. He was both professional and very knowledgeable from the time he walked in and very easy to deal with. We had some soft drink and coffee spills on the carpets and he removed them with ease and the rest of the area looked great. Not to mention he is the 1st carpet cleaner I've ever seen to vacuum the carpet before he began.
