Ronnie the Removalist was absolutely amazing. So helpful. Lovely guy. Hard working. And loyal to his company. You don’t find many people these days with his attitude.
The admin staff were ok. The quote is written in a way that is very deceptive. I had to pay 15% fuel levy. But this was paid on my total bill. It should have been only charged on the transport fee.
John who worked with Ronnie was also very good. Also very helpful, friendly and just a nice hard working guy

Our whole moving experience from start to finish was nothing short of spectacular. Roni and John with truck 11 were fantastic. They helped us move from a three bedroom home in
Casula to a property in Camden. They handled everything with professionalism and care. They
took time to ensure everything was moved and built properly. We even had a very difficult king size bed frame that required great effort to
take apart and rebuild. They handled the job with ease. Moreover, the whole team at AAA including Sarah, Jessica, and David were extremely accommodating in organizing our move. I would highly recommend AAA city removalists especially for any of your moving needs.

I wouldn’t use any one else, this is the second time I used AAA and both times was a great experience, they take all the stress out of moving. very professional, the crew are very polite and extremely helpful, and most importantly very delicate and careful with respect to your property.
If you need to move go for AAA also the prices are good, I shopped around and AAA was the cheapest I thought maybe they are cheap I would have a bad experience but it was the absolute opposite.

Clear communication before the move, on time and efficient during the move, everything arrived safely. Friendly service and any extra charges or optional extras were explained clearly. Have moved with this company twice now and be moving with them next time!
