Overall I am surprised they are still in business! My first job over a year ago with two men cost me less than $300. The same job in reverse with three men cost me around $700!!!! I was even called by the storage facility to ask if I was paying by the hour as she was concerned because the removalists were "resting a lot"!!! Even an uneducated person knows this does not compute yet a spokesperson for the business believes this to be normal, told me I have no recourse and was very rude!! Perhaps the guys from the first job realised they were not treated right either and left - wish I knew where they went! My advice is to steer well clear and choose any other removalist whatsoever. Big thumbs down!
If you are going to use this removalist, then I would recommend getting a formal quote. We paid for a larger truck than required and 3 men instead of 2. But 2 of the 3 men they sent had no experience, and couldnt speak or read any English. They took hours longer than was necessary (and were charging by the hour) and they did 2 loads (even though there was space left in the truck). I've made 2 written complaints and rung 2x and had no response so far.

thank you for a fun and stress FREE day, i don't believe I'm going to say this but i actually enjoyed our move,you were so professional and quick I'm gob smacked that you didn't even stop for a break, i did offer cold drinks and lunch.i will definitely use you again and would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. i will be writing a letter personally to your bosses to make sure you get recognized for your professionalism and quick service. loved your jokes too.
