New floor coating allows vacuum to scratch everywhere
My disabled client hired this company a month ago to stain and protect his floors, and now whenever the floor gets vacuumed, it leaves large scratches all over the floor. Other floor people have told me it sounds like they didn't put 2 coats of sealer on. Have tried to contact company, no reply, no address, no website. Very suspicious, and it sounds like they have taken advantage of my client.
