Fantastic from start to finish. Amazing hospitality, engaging and knowledgeable staff and fantastic Indian food. We went for lunch and enjoyed some new dishes as well as old favorites. The Rogan josh lamb is delicious, the masala Puri super tasty and the butter chicken yummy. The staff graciously brought clean spoons to us without asking as our young son kept dropping his. Recommended to us by a number of people and well worth a visit. Great for families or couples - great decor and great food. We will visit again.

Food started with free papad and snacks. Ordered Vegetarian platter. Although quantity was a bit less, the dish was delicious. Had order Naan and Kadhai Paneer which was also quite good. Had quit a refreshing experience out there

Went twice there ,excellent food and services provided by them.quality and quantity food .their Shahi paneer is awesome!!!.excellent customer service.its far away from my suburb but i like their food.

I absolutely love Aangan food ever since i came to melboure in 2008. I always order vagetarian dishes each one of them has authentic tast, although my favourite is always gobi manchurian and cheese naan and i never miss to order them.

i have to agree with the reviewer 'rodb4' that the quality of this place has gone down hill. was always somewhere i'd recomend but now is just quite average. new chef? i'm not sure. still, its not BAD, just not as GOOD as it used to be. will try again in 6 months to see how its going. we normallt ate every second week!!!!!

No. one Indian restaurant in the area, very good quality food and all ways full that shows the restaurant quality itself that every one wants to go there. very friendly and helpful staff although they were very busy but trying to help. you have to wait for your food to serve that make me frustrated but when meal served forgot every thing. Out door area is very good and make good contrast with cold weather and hot hot meal. Overall very good place to dine in and for a outdoor party. I always chose this when going out for dinning.

A year ago this restaurant would have received nothing but 5 stars all the way from me, as we've dined there several times and had possibly some of the nicest Indian food we've ever had, but recently I ordered some take away and to be honest the quality of it wasnt quite there. The restaurant itself has undergone something of a refresh of its decor, which it needed, but I wonder if other things havent been changed as well. All that said, it was still a damn fine meal that we enjoyed a lot. We just didnt love it as much as we used to unfortunately. The quality of the meat and other ingredients was still very good however. I'd still recommend it to people, but based on that one meal I wouldnt rave about it like I have in the past.

My husband and I love Indian food and this place had been recommended to us by several different people. We had also checked on line reviews before deciding to eat there and everywhere we looked there were only positives. Finally, we went to check it out ourselves and we were really disappointed. Whether it was because of the high expectations we had due to other peoples experience or just our choice of food on the night, I'm not sure. We found the food to be quite oily and heavy and not to our taste. The service on the night was pretty good though.
