As I didn’t have any roadside assistance, I’d tried several other mechanics in the area, who hadn’t seemed interested, and more concerned with finishing up for the day. The radiator hose was replaced in less than an hour, radiator flushed and filled with coolant. Evan did a brilliant job. I would highly recommend these guys for your next car roadside assistance service!

I found this business on the back of a shop a docket for $129 service. Arrived promptly at my house, however of course I needed more overpriced parts. My $129 cost me $315. They didn't do half the things listed on the docket and then charged me GST on top of my $129. The owner said he would speak to the mechanic and find out why he didn't do half the things and that he would refund the GST overcharge. Said he would call me the next day. Never heard from him again. 15/8/19. Been over a year now and the GST refund still hasn't arrived. Like the words on the shop-a-docket his word means nothing. 6/12/19. Still waiting for the refund. 11/2/20: Still waiting for the GST refund. Happy 3rd anniversary still waiting for that refund Marcus. Happy 4th anniversary Marcus, still no refund.

I do not recommend these guys they took my $ did a bad job then took no responsibility.

A huge thank you to Nick who came and not only replaced my fuel pump within 40 minutes but also picked me up and then drove to my car, he was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend this Company as they got us out of deep trouble late at night with our RX8 Mazda.. They really went out of their way to assist us, and explained everything to us in a simple way so that we could understand what the problem was. We are very grateful and were more than happy with the cost, and will be using them from now on for sure.....
