I don't normally email to say I have paid a bill of any sort but have made an exception in the case of ABC Seamless as I am very happy with every aspect of you and your team.

From my initial call when I spoke to you, the call from Peter to say he would be around to qoute, which he did, arriving when he said he would, a major plus in my book, the delivery of the materials and Terry and Darren who installed the guttering. Everything went as smooth as silk. A special word of praise for the installer. He worked hard and did an excellent job. All of my old guttering was removed and I was left with no mess to clean up at all.

The installer singlehandedly lifted and installed an 18 metre section of gutter. Superb job. I said he should join Cirque de Soleil. Very happy that I chose ABC Seamless.

I would love to thank you, Owen, for the marvellous service and help you gave us with the trouble we had with our skylights in our new roof.

Owen came out in the rain with two of the roofing men and fixed our leaks that were not ABC fault. They removed the skylights in the rain at their own expense and tarped the roof till our colorbond colour was in stock. We can't thank you enough, Owen, for also repairing our ceiling inside which was badly damaged due to the rain coming through the skylights.

And to you, Karen, in Customer Service, thanks for for taking all my calls … thank you for being so patient with me.

I had my house gutters replaced yesterday at Seven Hills and I would like to give you feedback regarding this.
First of all, I must commend the professionalism of your workers. The gentleman who came out with the big truck to make the gutters was extremely polite and a perfectionist. He needs to be commended. The installer Gavin was equally as nice, getting straight to work, working in a clean and systematic manner. It is very evident that his knowledge for his job is a big asset to your company.
Secondly, Gavin was honest and communicated the problems he had during installation but solved them to his best ability pleasing me as a customer. He needs to be commended for this.
I will definitely recommend ABC Seamless to anyone looking for gutter replacement.

Jamie from ABC installed gutters at our home in Mosman on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 April. I would like to advise ABC that he has done a really good job - he worked cleanly, efficiently, problem solved where there was a couple of complications regarding downpipes and cleaned up on completion.
