A very horrible experience.

Treatments for tattoo removal started with a single laser treatment and then upon [redacted name]suggestion 3 x treatments at every visit with the cost increasing from $110.00 to $220.00.

These treatments took place at intervals of 20 minutes only.

After 15 treatments - very little change to the colour to my tattoo. After seeing another Laser treatment consultant, I was advised that more than one treatment during a visit is useless as it takes

at least 6 weeks for the “ink” to start breaking down after a single treatment.

Had to take own pictures with a phone, noting any change to tattoo colour as [redacted name]had all excuses why he did not take pictures.

If [redacted name] did take a picture upon my insisting, then he failed to make a proper comparison.

Will never recommend anyone for laser treatment to tattoo at this clinic.

Really really awesome staff that you know actually cares about you. Everything is explained in detail and they care about your comfort level during treatments.

I LOVE the service I get each time I come in to About FaceClinic North Lakes. The first time I came in, I had nobody to leave my 3 year old with so I called to ask if it was possible to bring him. Not only was I reassured that this was a family friendly place, but the receptionist personally played with him while I had a quick treatment done. I'm always happy with the results that I achieve with the treatments I come in for.

My experience with this clinic was professional and caring. All the staff made me feel at home. I was a little nervous as it was my first time for having a filler. Dr Campey is such a gentle injector and I am now in love with my lips. If only I had known of this clinic a long time ago I would have been doing this for years. I am excited as I am now booked in to see Karen for the TwinLight laser treatment. I must say it is so nice to have found a clinic that makes me number one. Thank you guys, can't wait to see you soon.

I would like to share my experience with About Face. I have been seeing them for many years for various treatments. The staff are always friendly and go the extra mile to explain all treatments in depth. My results have always been excellent. I cannot recommend a more professional and out standing clinic.

I was very nervous when I first decided to get laser to treat the bags under my eyes. I felt so much more comfortable and knowledgeable after being able to talk to a doctor on site who took me through the procedure and explained the process. I won't say that it tickled getting it done, but now after about 4 weeks I'm really seeing the payoff :)

The staff are possibly the friendliest that I have ever met. This is combined with an extreme professionalism that resulted in an amazing skin transformation for me. I highly recommend about face cosmetics to anyone considering cosmetic treatment. Because not only will you receive incredible customer service but the results achieved are outstanding.

Great experience staff are always friendly and helpful and the procedures are great. A lot of the treatments have free consultations so you get to talk to an experienced doctor before proceeding with your desired treatment. Definitely coming back

Dr Colin Campey has been treating spider veins for me and I have been very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge . The clinic provides many treatments and it is wonderful to have someone so close that is so good at his chosen field
