It is certainly not a cheap place to buy your dietary staples but you are always going to pay more for organic food aren't you. It is both a cafe and a supermarket and has a very good range. I was not keen on the coffee.. Had a mocha asked for extra chocolate but I swear they completely forgot to even put any in it. I do love there pre-prepared meals though. You can tell they use good quality ingredients.
