I feel a compulsion to make the effort to write a review for Absolute Car Care because they simply deserve the recognition.

I’ve owned cars for well over 30 years now and have had the experience of service facilities whose customer service have covered the entire spectrum from good to bad. Through my experience, I can say I cannot compare the quality of transparency and forthrightness of Absolute Car Care to be second to any.

In my time here in Brisbane (which is only 6 years) I have now owned two very ordinary cars. The first was only a ‘run-about strictly for convenience’ Mazda 121 that I got for a steal when I wasn’t even looking to buy a car. It’s the kind of vehicle I only needed to keep safe enough to keep on the road without looking to invest too much money into. I found Absolute Car Care randomly through the web back in 2015 and from the first service I have had there have never had to go anywhere else. Each occasion I leave with the satisfaction of only having what’s necessary done to my car, recommendations of what will need attention at a later point in time, and often even little things I failed to mention addressed at no charge. When the 121 was no longer worth the repairs it needed, they didn’t hesitate to sell me on anything nor try to convince me to put in more money than the car was worth.

I’ve now just had my second car (Nissan Tiida) serviced there and again, they took great care in the service, fixed issues I hadn’t expected them to, and deferred repairs for items that do not need attention at the current time.

I guess it’s that attention to the little details that never made it into the conversation (nor the bill!) that impress me the most. They talk about the car as if it’s their own and they leave you feeling like the car (and yourself) have been well looked after.

I’m impressed by their professionalism and always recommend them to anyone I know.

Such a good workshop, Steve worked all weekend to do a major service on my Audi so I wasn't put out, had pictures and gave me all the replaced parts. Serviced our work vans for years and we were never left stranded by a breakdown Great guys and girls who do the right thing by their customers.

Absolute Car care provided absolutely the best service I have ever experienced in any industry. Always good humoured, always happy to explain, persisted with a tricky engine issue and sorted it. Helped out with loan car, showed parts with problems and explained clearly. They really seemed to care about the quality of the work they were delivering. They are always busy but seem to make the time needed for each customer. Car returned clean and ready to go. Much appreciated.

My faith in car mechanics has been restored!
Steve and the team at Absolute Auto Care went out of their way to help me.  As a woman looking to buy a new car my lack of knowledge about the mechanical side was a cause of concern. A friend recommended AAC and I was not disappointed.  Steve’s advice on a vehicle I had him inspect saved me from buying a lemon.  He advised me on the car I eventually bought and even gave me some tips for negotiations which were very successful. His recommendation to go to the PPSR site to make sure the car was not encumbered or a repairable write saved me from potentially making a costly mistake. His assistance has been invaluable and his vehicle inspections and servicing have been top rate.  He has my custom from now on.  I whole heartedly recommend Absolute Auto Care to you. 

Best mechanics in town. I'm a single mum and they offered me a loan car while they had my car. The price was incerdible (cheapest in town) everything was explained and no work completed until they got authority from me. They didn't push for all the work to be done in one go and let me choose what was right for my budget.
Can't recommend a better mechanic. I won't be going any where else but Absolute Car Care.

Had a general service done this week, and as a female I don't know much about cars, the boys at absolute car care took great care of me. Everything was explained in full and discussed prior to implementation. Cost was incredibly reasonable and was offered a courtesy car so I could get to work without any hassles. Never taking my car any where else.

They have serviced all my cars for more than 5 years and specialises in Honda cars but equally serviced all other makes. They are dedicated and passionate about fixing cars. The routine fixed price service is very reasonable with a great service perfomed. I even go to them after my first free service with my new car.
