Booked an at home behaviour consult with Linda after speaking to her on the phone foraround 30 minutes. She was very thorough and knowledgeable, as well as understanding about our issues with our 2 dogs. She provided some great programs which she worked through with us with our dogs, and they are responding really well. Her methods are kind and humane, and her passion and love for animals is obvious. A 6 week (or before if needed) phone follow up was included, and we could ring her when we were ready, which was great. We have seen a massive improvement in both of our dogs behaviour since working with Linda. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who has behaviour issues with their dogs, or to attend her one on one training sessions.

Booked an in home behaviour consultation after speaking on the telephone for around 40 minutes. Linda was very thorough and understanding about our frustrations with our dog. She was on time and extremely professional and knowledgeable, providing us with a lot of resources and programs to address the issues. She also spent a lot of time physically working through the problems - as she says - she is really training us to train our dog. We have since booked in for her Fundamentals training program and we are delighted with the results. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to train their dog :)

I was given trainers numbers on a list of dog trainers from my Vet. I chose this one as it was local. I phoned and arranged a home training visit. I was told I had to pay cash, $280. for a 1 1/2 hour session. For my money I got a lot of chat about all the trainers qualifacations were, however, I did not get much else. I was given a few print outs with puppy information, which I could have got from internet myself. On the receipt it says I will recieve a free 20 minute follow up phone call, which I did not get. I was only given a mobile number, no address, no email. If I needed any follow up from trainer phone calls were charged. Iwas very disappointed with the service especially for the outrageous amount charged. I really expected at least some actual traing of my dog.I would never go with one on one training again.
