The reception staff are incompetent. Fluffed about and couldn’t give a straight answer or explanation and left the child I was taking to the doctor with no appointment due to not being able to say there was a $20 missed appt fee from previous. They said ‘you can’t see the doctor to missing a precious appt’ and didn’t matter if explained the missed appt which I had telephoned 1 hour before time to say I was stuck at the airport.
No problem with the doctors but the reception staff need far greater communication skills

A reasonable southside doctors. I found the wait time about average. The reception staff are always nice. The doctors are ok. A little hit and miss, depending on who you see. Great though if you only have a simple issue or complaint. The waiting room is a little cramped and the practice is always busy (so they must be doing something right).

A great and professional bulk billing practice. The receptionist Ester is amazing and WILL always try to get everyone in on the same day that you inquire. My prefered doctor is Dr. Hii who actually cares about you as a patient. Unbeatable practice from families to singles.

A bulk billing medical center where your treated like family. Ester the receptionist is awesome. She is super friendly and funny too. The dr's are very professional and caring. Usually they will get you in on the same day you call despite the fact that they can get very busy. Another bonus of this business is that they have a full time female dr for all those female things you don't want to talk to a male dr about. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Ester (reception) is awesome, the doctors are great, AND they bulk bill!! What more could you want from a GP???
