I went in to Accent to have my hair coloured. I already had in mind the colour that I had wanted done. Geri my hairdresser, recommended me another set of colour advising me that the colour will look nice which I went along with. Also because my hair was black it did take the while to get the colour right. The salon was to close at 7 and at 6.45pm the colour was still not right on my hair. Geri stayed until 7.45 pm to ensure all was good and Krystal , her colleague stayed with her to assist her.I was impressed by the dedication these girls had and the service they had provided. I will go back again and also will recommend this place to other friends of mine. I was happy with the exceptional service and of course how the hair turned out!

My daughter are going there…and I hope they have the same experience.

Many years ago when I moved to Melbourne I searched and searched for a good place to get my haircut the way I like it. I came across Accent Hair and Beauty and I've been going there ever since. Ugo does a great job every time and the team are fantastic, providing extraordinary personalised service and expert knowledge. I send family and friends there too and they are always very happy with the results. Absolutely recommend!

Ugo cut in a new fringe for me two weeks ago and he did an amazing job. Spoke to me about how you would maintain it and if it would suit me before he chopped it in. His attention to detail was brilliant. I didn't feel rushed and enjoyed the whole experience of having my hair done. 100% would recommend this salon gem.

I've been coming to Accent for 3 n half years and as long as I'm living in Melbourne, I'll keep going back. From my very first experience with Ugo and Bernie, they did such an amazing job of 'fixing a job' gone wrong. I can put all of my trust in Ugo and his girls. Always a fantastic and perfect colour. Friendly, warm very professional staff. Can't recommend high enough.

The staff are so friendly , welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. My appointments were fit in all at short notice. I had a Brazilian wax, facial and massage with Christine and it was amazing. Very relaxing. Gerry brought my dull damaged hair back to life with a totally new hair style coloring. I would definitely recommend to anyone! I have my hair cut and coloured by Geri every 6-8 weeks. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products used and offers suggestions for me by way of colour and cut options which I really appreciate. The salon's location is fantastic and staff are always welcoming and friendly. I look forward to my pamper time here, an oasis upstairs in the heart of the city.
