Berin and I would like to say a huge thank you to you for the excellent job you did when our house flooded. When i came home to find the flexi hose in the bathroom vanity had burst flooding the whole house. Within a few hours you had arrived, after hours and worked till midnight to rip up our carpet and start the drying process. We were so impressed with your professionalism and compassion for us with our 3 month old baby and being 2 weeks before Christmas. Throughout the whole process you kept us up to date with every step. We were most satisfied with assistance given & work done in dealing with water damage in ensuite & main bedroom. Roland responded quickly to call from or insurance Co. notification. He was professional & courteous in explaining extent of damage sustained and recommending action plan. This all happened expediently using up to date equipment. Thanks to Accredited our carpets were looking A1 - brilliant with 3 young kids and all that comes with that. 2 weeks later and a back turned for 1 minute - squashed banana and strawberries - a nice squishy, mushy mess. All I can say is thank goodness for Roland's carpet expertise. HELP !!!
