I've used ace airport parking multiple times in the past. The facility itself is neat and clean, and is monitored by multiple cameras. The staff are courteous and helpful. The pickup they offer is always on time and I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes or so for it.

Used the undercover parking service yesterday for the first time. Very happy with the service. Not very far from the airport; their pickup and drop service is commendable. Will definitely be back.

I been using service from ace for last 3 years whenever i want to park the car for airport arrivals and departures.
Regarding the service and shuttle service they are good.
Main reason for this review is because of complete failure of there online system regarding the reward points , rewards points are total doggy as they can add / delete the points according to their wish , basically they do not want you to have any freebies.
Communication with the company is terrible , no matter how many times you call on their number 03 9330 2001 , no one from admin staff will answer you and they transfer to field staff who had no idea regarding your concern.
In short never gonna use these guys any more and will not recommend to any of my friends and relatives.
There are plenty other options in the market............
