Called Shane, at 8.30am, as washing machine spin wasn't working. Shane said he would be here before lunch. He called me before arriving at 11am. He was friendly and efficient. After testing for a blockage, he established the pump was faulty and it was replaced within a short while. Whilst he doesn't take credit card, I was able to pay by direct deposit. The total cost of $176 (incl GST) was very reasonable.
