I have used Ace Car Rentals for hiring vans for over 10 years. I have found the experience to be a totally great one. Reasons being the very reasonable rates and accommodating staff, they always aim to please. They are my first choice always. And I love to support local business.

If I have read sourabh83 comments, I would have never, never, never have gone to them for rental! I return the vehicle and was charge $500 for some hairline scratches which I would consider as fair wear-and-tear. The vehicle was not even new and had many scratches in it anyway. They are even going to charge me for petrol when they write down the petrol as FULL when it not even at the FULL mark. Lucky I had took a photo of the petrol metre. Like sourabh83's case, they still have the cheek to say that it would cost me $800 and do me a 'favour' by charging me $500. My advise is, take full video and photo of the vehicle in front of them. Don't trust their video taking because any video could easily miss their harline scratches. Anyway it's probably better to avoid them like a plague.Good luck!

I'd be happy to recommend this business to anyone who needs a cheap car to get around town in, even if the cars are a little older than the usual rental car company. Beware before renting a car from Ace Car rentals. They claimed to be cheap but your ride could be very costly. I have a very bad experience which I would like to share. I rented a car from here few weeks back. The car was old and not maintained properly as claimed by them. The car got very minor scratch when I was parking the car. The scratch was so minor that no owner will bother to repair. When I returned the car they charged $500 excess!!! for that minor scratch as if their brand new Mercedes got a scratch. When I called them latter to return the rest of amount after fixing, he told me that he has done a great favour of charging only $500 instead as per terms and condition he should have charged $2500 access. So please read and confirm T&C before hiring. Single vehicle accident (even a tiny scratch) can cost you $2500!!!
