Excellent seal replacement on my fridge/freezer. Kevin came the same day so very happy with the prompt service. Called in advance to let me know that he was on his way. I would highly recommend this company.

Competitively priced and exceptional customer service! The phone staff were very helpful and provided me with a guide as to how much it would cost for my fridge repair. The mechanic was very thorough and professional which is a rarity these days. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

Be prepared to pay $75 call out fee for very little. I was told that this call out fee was for a qualified diagnosis and would be taken off the overall repair price. The diagnosis turned out to be the technician looking at the fridge and putting a hand up to the fridge and "suspecting it was the compressor" . Rather than consider fixing the fridge the repairman apparently thought it would be better to try the manufacturer despite clearly being told that the fridge warranty had expired. I later spoke to the business (who hung up on me) and they said "in our experience the manufacturers will still fix an appliance if it is a few months out of warranty" . The manufacturer's response to this "the warranty ends when the warranty ends - simple". Not happy!
