This is a success story - I recently went on a long ride and thought that my bike was under performing. I had bought the bike from Action and have had great service from them so I dropped in and was immediately seen to, staff were VERY courteous and could not do enough to help. They booked me in a my next convenience did a complete check and gave my bike a clean bill of health - all for free with a positive attitude.
I would recommend them to anyone!!

In February I took my Honda in for a new rear tire. It is my only transportation. I dropped it off on a Sunday night, rang them immediately on Monday Morning to get the work started. It took them over a week to obtain and fit a front and rear tire, standard scooter tires, nothing special, terrible long time for such a simple job! I rode the bike home, and got about 11 Kilometers, and the belt broke. They refused to accept any responsibility, even though they clearly didn't check it or test drive the bike. The bike had been running and going perfectly up to then, it just needed a tire. With no choice I was forced to wait another week plus to get a new belt fitted (this is a Honda at a Honda dealer, mind you). I drove it home (11Km to Northmead) and it almost threw me from the bike twice. The back wheel was shaking and shuddering, and it was clearly very unsafe, even to my room mate's inexperienced eyes. I subsequently took it to another dealership and it required $1800 dollars worth of new rear wheel and internal drive parts before it was fit to drive. Don't get work done at this shop!
