I was suffering from neck, shoulder and back pain form several years. I am really happy that i have found Active Back care Chiropractic Clinic. Active back care Team is very nice and professional. They help me to reduce my pain and stiffness by focusing on the problem areas through massaging and a series of adjustments to the neck and spine. I have been going to Active Back Care for the last 4 years. As soon as you enter Michelle greets you with a warm welcome using your name and a huge smile. I have a 1/2hr massage with Toshi then a quick adjustment (maintenance) with Rod. The staff are always friendly and are excellent at what they do. I have recommended Active to friends and family and they have all been happy with the quality and service like me.

Been going here for years. Personal, helpfull, accessible, lovely people willing to go out of their way to help, rates significantly lower than standard comparable services.

I work on a computer more than 8 hours a day, which undoubtedly leads to neck/shoulder/back pain, the occasional massage kept it under control but never hit the root of it.

A combination of adjustment and TENS couple of times per week has certainly done the trick for me and that's why i'll recommend Active Back Care to anyone with similar pains.

This wasn't a magic-bullet one-visit fix, but rather a series of visits that has made major improvement in my back's wellness.

At Active Back Care there is a wonderful massage therapist and I always feel so rehabilitated and refreshed after my time with her. Massager is highly therapeutic, but they don't feel that way (if that makes sense). I swear the look of my body is improved by her work. He is warm, gentle, kind and highly effective. I would definitely suggest her to anyone seeking massage (or skin care treatments - which I've also had and really enjoyed!).

I went to see Rod and the team at Active Back care to attempt to resolve some issues with my feet caused by shoes with lack of support- Jess was very professional and with her exercises and stretches + diagnosis i have been able to fix the problems with my feet!

I also was recommended to try a Remedial Massage - One Session and i was hooked - The difference is mind blowing, i am now very aware of my posture and it is also very relaxing.

Cherine from Active Back Care is the best Chiropractor I have ever been to. I have been seeing Cherine for years. I will never forget my first visit to Cherine at Active Back Care years ago, I left there thinking Wow, why did I not find this place before! I will continue to see Cherine for as long as she continues on as a Chiropractor. I also see Mel for Massage Therapy and she is the absolute best! Michael is an amazing Physiotherapist, you can't go wrong with him. It's just so convenient having all three at the same location!

I have been going to Active Back Care monthly for almost 10 years. When I first went I had terrible headaches as well as chronic lower back pain (sciatica). I no longer have back pain, and my headaches are well managed by my regular visits. Their service is friendly, personal, and professional. I've had a bad back for 20+ years. Rod & Vivian are the two best chiros I've even seen. Great adjustments & great advise on exercise. A deep massage from Mel straight before the adjustment loosens me right up. Also seen Michael & Jesse (physios) for leg problems & they are great as well. They are all organised, run on time & lovely as well. I couldn't rate any higher.

I had terrible pain in both my feet which the Dr had said was a condition that there was nothing I could do about and would last for up to 5 years. I didn't know what to do as it was stopping me from doing anything that involved walking and every night I would wake in pain. I was talking to a friend who suggested I try the chiropractor who had helped her husband. He had been booked in for surgery for a back condition, but after seeing Rod and having chiropractic therapy he didn't need the surgery. After a few chiropractic and physiotherapist treatments my feet became a lot less painful and within 6 weeks I was totally out of pain. After such great success I took my son to have his posture issues corrected. He loves going as Rod and Michael have a great manner with kids and he enjoys the conversations and jokes he has with them. I am very impressed with the genuine concern and care they show towards you, you come away from an appointment feeling like they have listened to you and treated you like a friend - as well as physically feeling a whole lot better. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Injured, older but still trying to maintain an active healthy lifestyle while still dealing with the everyday rigors of life about sums me up.
I have turned to the excellent staff at Active Back Care, Castle Hill to help me overcome physical injury [bad shoulders] through Michael the Physiotherapist. Therapeutic Massage with Mel to help assist with general muscular aches/pains and stiffness causing movement difficulties and to help with my Chiropractic treatments by freeing up stubborn, tight muscles . Lastly the excellent care of Vivien the Chiropractor in keeping my spine upright and mobile. Also for patiently trying to teach me the importance of spine care and better ways to deal with everyday situations.
I like the way they take a holistic whole body approach to your care. Each one treating your problems in their own way, with methods that suit you, but at the same time mindful of each others future treatment strategy and frequency. It can get busy at the practice because of their popularity so be patient.

After moving to Sydney a year ago and with ongoing back and neck issues, i have found the service and quality of care provided by Rod,Michael and the team at Active Back Care to be excellent.They have provided a combination of Chiro and Physio care which has really helped me to get back to normal. Having had problems with my back and ignoring the situation in the past I went to Active Back Care at Castle Hill and they brought to my attention a very serious problem which would have affected my whole life further down the track. I had Xrays and immediate treatment began, at first quite painful but now 3 months on I am a different person. Rod has been so honest with his advice and Leah with massage plus Michael the Physio advising correct exercise for me. I have been advised correct exercise, diet and treatment which has been excellent. My life, moods and outlook is now just fantastic and this means also a happier husband and healthy relationship.
